10 Ways to incorporate more Greens into your Diet

  2. green smoothies
  3. burrito salad – add recipe here
  4. add to wraps and sandwiches
  5. stir fry’s
  6. sautéed with garlic and olive oil salt and pepper
  7. add to omelets
  8. sneak them into quiches
  9. add crushed or pulverized greens to baked goods like muffins/brownies
  10. Grab a bunch of kale and shove it into your mouth raw!
