Become a Wellness Warrior
Maintaining healthy behaviors in a world of drive-thru fast food and modern conveniences that allow us to stay sedentary can be very difficult! Join me, a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, weekly, to navigate the waters of our modern day culture to hone our skills in leading a healthy lifestyle for years to come! I take a kind and gentle approach to both weight loss and weight maintenance, fitness and healthy behaviors. I utilize mind/body nutrition concepts, Dynamic eating psychology techniques along with support and accountability to help people make and/or sustain healthy eating and movement practices. Each week will feature a new theme topic to discuss and homework assignments given for accountability. This group is casual and will be held in the beautiful yoga space at Samadhi in Newton Center. Weekly drop-in rate of $20. Come join us and move towards a path of peace and happiness with your food choices and your body.
I’m now holding TWO weekly groups. One on Monday’s from 7:30-8:30pm every week and another on Friday’s from 11:30-12:30pm. I can’t wait to see you there. Spread the word and let’s all be wellness warriors in 2016.
