Food Mood Attitude, Epsidoe #8

Listen up!  Are you using your story as a way to keep you small or from truly tapping into your potential?  Are you living in fear about owning your power, your story and your confidence?

Have you been wondering about how to “restory” your story?

Then this week’s episode is perfect for you and you need to tune in!

About our guest:

Judy Prokopiak or Coach Judy as her friends and clients call her, has been coaching in some form for over 15 years. As a nurse and the head coach of a competitive swim team she parlayed that experience into health, life and mindset coaching when she had to go on her own journey to better health. As a nurse and diabetes educator for over 22 years she was determined to find answers and she did. She found not only food and nutrition to support her well being and success, she also discovered that much of her suffering was because of the her own thinking. Beliefs and Stories of shame, unworthiness, perfectionism kept her stuck in overeating, over drinking, and not feeling worthy of daring to dream a big new dream.  She discovered that she needed a new way to think a new way to be and to learn to take back control over her thoughts. It’s always a thinking problem. She now works with smart, powerful women to take back control of their minds, step into their full potential, dare to go after their dream life!

In this week’s episode we’re going to be chatting about

  1. How to give yourself permission to start dreaming a new dream, a dream of better health, of better relationships, of better job, of more abundance in all areas of your life.

  1. How to reframe your stories of shame, unworthiness, failure or regret to tap into just how powerful we really are.

  1. See your story in a way that builds confidence and courage while also getting clear on your true desires.
