Soft Tofu with Greens

Soft tofu dish

This is a super simple, super healthy and protein rich meal or snack that you can make any time.  This is the type of tofu that many enjoy in Japanese restaurants as an appetizer or with soup.  The black sesame seeds adds a nice texture and “crust” to the dish.  In many asian cultures, a dish like this would even be served for breakfast!  Step out of the box with this really delicious and healthy “any-time” protein-based meal.  Enjoy!
